The three most common questions

"Held: the reasons below cannot be overridden"

The rule would set a price below its cost, put a compare-at price below a price, or matched nothing, or the store changed since the preview. Nothing was written. Change the rule, or preview again, and the reasons go away.

"Left as you set it"

When a sale ends, any price you changed by hand during the sale is kept, and the report lists it. If you want the pre-sale value back on that item, set it by hand; the rule will not overwrite your edit.

"Could not be verified"

PriceGuard reads every write back from your store. If the store shows a different value than was written, usually because a per-market price overrides it, the change is reported as not verified rather than as done. Check the product in your admin.
